Here are some fantastic blogs and websites

From the Interwebs:

Cannelle et Vanille – Seriously beautiful food and photography blog by Aran Goyoaga. I have never tried a recipe of hers that wasn’t good.

Kris Carr – Kris is a wellness goddess. When she was diagnosed 12+ years ago with incurable cancer, she empowered herself and kicked cancer’s ass. She made a wonderful, raw, honest documentary, “Crazy, Sexy, Cancer” chronicling the beginning of her journey toward  health and stopping the spread of cancer. I highly recommend her book “Crazy, Sexy, Diet” on improving health and eating vegan.

Nat Kringoudis – Fertility or reproductive hormonal  issues? Nat’s your girl. She takes an East meets West approach to women’s wellness. She’s a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. She has a wealth of knowledge.

Orangette – A mostly food blog written by Molly Wizenberg. Molly is cool people. She has impeccable taste and a winning personality. I like the way she writes, I like her recipes.

Sarah Wilson – Sarah blogs about life, health, food, travel. She is best known for writing on her thyroid disease, hashimotos, and how she deals. Also she is leading the charge to give up sugar. Her book/guide  “I Quit Sugar” is wonderful. Plus, Sarah is Australian so she uses lots of fun expressions and colorful words when she writes.

Women to Women – A comprehensive website on women’s health. It was an invaluable resource to me when I first started making lifestyle changes to improve my health and wellbeing.

Zen Habits – Leo Babauta is minimalist guru. He’s all about mindfulness and keeping things simple. He’s practical. Wise. Gives sage, life improving advice.

Local Peeps:
