About

Hi friends! I’m glad you’re here.

I am a yoga teacher – I teach in and around Orange County, California. I’m a member of Yoga Alliance and have my RYT 200 – which means I’m certified at the 200-hour level. I love to teach, to share what I’ve learned, and guide my students in developing a personal yoga practice. You can see my schedule of classes here.

I am a teacher, but I am also a perpetual student. I’m a student not only of yoga, but all things that contribute to living a healthy life, to peace and wellbeing.

Here I share my passion for holistic wellness. My hope is that this is a place you can come to find some good food – food for thought, spiritual food, healthy recipes – all good stuff to nourish mind, body, and soul.

Here I hope to connect with my students, friends, family, and make new friends!

A little bit more about me:

I am empathic, creative, and curious by nature. I love people. I believe human beings were made for relationship and our quality of life is measured by the quality of our relationships. I believe good health is essential to living happy and free. I love food, good whole food – like roasted vegetables and goat cheese pizza… roasted vegetables on goat cheese pizza! I love yoga. Breathing and moving on my mat helps me get centered, find balance, and grow stronger. I love music and dance. I have sung and danced ever since I could talk and walk – these days I sing in a cover band and go out social dancing, mostly swing (Lindy hop) and blues dancing (yes! Blues dancing is a thing!). I love books. I’m an avid student and am always reading something I think will inspire me, teach me something about myself, about people, and our world. I love to travel and have incurable wanderlust. I was a history major at UCLA and love old cities and historic neighborhoods. I have been to Spain, Morocco, England, France, Brazil, and Mexico – there are many more places on my list of where I have yet to go! I love trees and mountains and the sea. Being outdoors has always been restorative for me, there’s nothing quite like being on a trail or walking along the shore to recharge. All of these things make me whole and happy. These things harmonize my mind, body, and soul; and all the more so when shared with loved ones!
